Life changing ways to learn from these 3 books
Reading books wasn't my kind of thing a couple of months ago , but as i started reading to follow my new year resolution i bumped upon some really good books .
So here i will be sharing my quick reviews about the books which will help any new reader like me who just started reading or anyone in search of good reads .
As the books are very famous and bestsellers so it doesn't need much introduction . The books that i read are here

1. Ikigai
Ikigai - japanese secret to a long and happy life . This book is known to all . To explain about this book i can say it is amazing . It talks about physical health , mental health , happiness ,good habits , passion , social relation building and more or less every aspect of the life for a stressfree life . The ideas shared are also very part of japanese life which considered to be the secret of many centenarian found in japan , okinawa island.
My personal experience with the book is great , i am going to implicate the knowledge shared in the book.
2. The monk who sold his ferrari
This book by Robin Sharma is another great book . The book shares many important life improving ideas. It talks how to maintain balance in life while following your life purpose ,by being at the moment and enjoying your life .
It first starts with controlling your mind , following your purpose in life , leading a healthy and discipline life , respecting time and most importantly being at the moment . These things are shared in the book and definitely it leaves some possitive impact on the readers.
3. Think straight
Think straight , change your tboughts and change your life by Darius Foroux , here the Writer shares self - tried and tested method to have clarity in thoughts .
The writer talks about controlling thoughts , importance of quality thoughts in life and everyday activity through which one can win over useless and harmful thoughts .
The writer says our mind is as same as our body , one wishing for a fit body have to do regular exercise simillarly one wishing to control thoughts have to train their mind everyday .
Our action follow our thoughts , so before anything we have to be self-aware , know about our own thoughts ,beliefs and their sources then we can make clear decisions.
Many time in life we face down turn and feel like quiting , many time our impulse make us to take wrong decision ,so here in this book such issuses are disscussed by the writer .
For me all the three books are worth an investment of time , energy and money so readers go for it.
